RETURN POLICY
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. IT MUST ALSO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN, please email returns@thenomadsshop.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We require that your item is returned within 14 days of receiving your RA#.
If you decide to return an item(s) to The Nomads Shop NYC, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to The Nomads Shop NYC. Please note that this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
Items that appear used or damaged upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
